Call Waiting

Greetings Everyone,

Setup: Reception phone that has all incoming lines as buttons using the : operator. When the receptionist is on the phone and a call comes in, they are not receiving the call waiting beep in their earpiece. It alerts visually, but not audibly. I have removed the "no call-waiting beep accept" line from that DN, but there is no change. Is this because each call comes in on a subsequent incoming line and therefore that DN technically never has more than one call coming in on it?
 
Setting is per DN under Ring Setting Phone Active.

Okay, but with each incoming line being its own DN, do I have to remove the "no call-waiting beep accept" line from their DNs as well? Or will removing it just from the Reception DN be enough?
