hi ,i just migrated a nortel system to IP office ,everything is working fine except the customer wants the option to see when they call an extention to see weather or not the called extention is on another call being displayed on their display .Is this technology available on IPO ?if not how could the calling extention know if the called extention is on a call ? thank you

You can't, if they get busy tone or VM then they are on a call, if they handle multiple calls then you can't tell without a dedicated button per user or PC based BLF

This is funny. I just opened a GRIP request last week for it. This is a big disappointment to customers who had Nortel the their new IPO can't do it. I really just don't get why IPO doesn't do this. It's a time saving feature.

I sent my first GRIP request about this years ago and many since, all ultimately ignored (literally) and I asked in every IPO beta test we did, still nothing...so don't hold your breath
