Call Waiting ringback tone

Is there any way to inform the calling user that called user is talking now?
Just like Mobile Operators do?

I have IP Office Essential Edition.

You can forward all users on busy to a Phantom mailbox playing that info text.

Message should be somethinks like "the other party is talking another line now. Please wait for an answer or call back later"
It's not busy, and cannot be transferred to mailbox.

Let me check this in real life tomorrow. I overlooked this function.

I doubt that this function will play only when user is busy. I think it will play even when nobody just picks up, not necessarily talking another line.
