Call Waiting Reminder tone for 5550 IP on 3300 MCD.

SW load 4.0 or 4.1

Does anyone know if there is a timer that controls the interval for the call waiting reminder tone on the 5550 IP console? I have a complaint that the phone only rings once. I've never had this complaint before on a 3300 so I'm wondering if it is a bug or if it is a feature.

Yes it is the Auto Camp-on Timer in the COS of the trunk and quite possibly the 5550
You can turn off the tone with "Camp-on Tone Security/FAX Machine" enabled
