I am having an issue with a site that has 3.0(69) on it and is having volume issues. The problem is very intermittent and seems to only occur with the Sales Reps which consequently have Contact Store monitoring their calls. On calls all of the sudden the Sales rep will be unable to hear the customer, but the customer can hear the sales Rep fine. This is being recorded this way, so it is showing up on the playback for the recorded call. The customer and myself tested several times and were unable to get it to reoccur.
