I have three systems in an SCN with a common carrier using MPLS between the sites. All systems are 500V1 with 5.0.26 and voicemail pro.
Site A main location with voicemail pro and PRI
Site B remote location with copper lines.
Site C remote location with copper lines.
At night, sites B and C hit a night button which send callers to automation at A. Option off automation goes to same on call person for all three sites.
When a call comes into B at night it crosses the MPLS to A and then to automation. Select option for the on call tech, which is an extension that is forwarded to his cell. Call connects but when oncall tech answers call, the tech hears the caller fine but he caller hardly hears the tech. Only seems to be an issue with calls coming through B but C is same setup. Didn't know if should consider adjusting the gain on the copper lines at B? Thanks
