Call unable to route to extension

Hello,

Im am having trouble with calls to an extension, after the call is answerd be the auto attendant and the sytems says if you know your patries extension number please dial it now. When number is dialed i am getting a recording "that number cannot be reached from this service".


What do i look for ?

What type of system and what type of voice mail? does the user have voice mail on the system?

System is a CS1000, The user has voicemail and the mail box is initialized.

You need to go to you restrictions and remove the number.

IE if your numbers are 3xxx then remove the 3 in the restrictions. Make sure you do not remove any NARS/BARS or trunk access code, they will not be the same as you station numbering plan.

Thats strange because i can route to an extension 5998 but unable to route to an extension 5932.

Is Name dialable by external callers checked in the users mailbox?
