Call type for 911 ARS/AAR

Hello,


Our 911 feature is not working, I checked and found call type in ARS table is set up as "svct". Do we need to change call type to "alrt" in order it to work?

Why it is setup as "svct" ?

sorry it is currently setup as "svcl" not svct as call type.
 
Do you have entries in ARS for both "11" and "911"? If you just have "911", the caller would have to dial "9911". If you have "11" and the user just dials "911", the route pattern you send the calls to has to insert a "9". That's just the simple stuff.
