Hello - I have x24755 that needs to be forwarded off net to an answering service. However when x24755 is called the calling party number is shown at the remote answering service instead of the x24755 DID number (9566984755). As a result the answering service cannot process the call, they are looking for the 9566984755 number for the all calls associated.

How can we make all the calls to x24755 end up with the same caller ID so the answering service can process the call?
 
Get the answering company to process on the number they see.
 
on your gateway, under the call routing info-outbound change the calling party selection to last redirecting number instead of originating.
Assumptions:
you have a PRI and you are using MGCP. if assumptions are wrong be more specific on call routing and gateway/trunk layout.
