This worked so well last time thought I would try another question. We have a MICS system and when the operator transfers a call to a DN and no one answers the call rings back to the operator (or to the AA if the return to AA) is enabled. Is there a way for the operator or anyone else anwering a call to transfer a call and if no one answers have it go to voice mail?
