Call Transfer with a analog phone Mitel 3300 Flash error

Hello,

When I try to transfer a external call on a analog phone on my Mitel ICP 3300 to another 5320/5330 ip phone the connection will be disconnected. What can be the problem with this?

I use a SX200 bay connect to 3300.

anyone have such experience

by the way, i try to setting flash timer to
Low flash timer : 80
High flash timer: 300
Ground button: NO

but still not working

Use R button instead of flashing the switch hooks? (stab in the dark...)

I had that a few times, it was always the flash timer. On most phones you can set it on the handset, 100ms works good. Some phones come with a default flash of as little as 50ms.

And some phones are designed for positive disconnect

If you are not pressing a key that says flash on the phone, assume nothing.
