Call Transfer with a analog phone Mitel 3300 Flash error 1

Hello,

When I try to transfer a external call on a analog phone on my Mitel ICP 3300 to another 5340/5212 ip phone the connection will be disconnected. What can be the problem with this?

I use a Siemens Gigaset Analog Dect phone.

Can somebody HELP me?

If that dect set has a "flash" timer check what it is and compare that to the flash timer in the 3300.

Change the flash timers in the 'ONS/OPS Circuit Assignment' to:
Low flash timer : 80
High flash timer: 300
Ground button: NO

This settings should work with the siemens gigasets

BTW: to retrieve a hold call you should define the call hold retrieve FAC.

So to hold press 'R' to retrieve press 'R' followed by the FAC for Call hold retrieve

System Administration > System Options > Feature Access Code Assignment
