help needed !!!

we just moved one of our Option 11 nodes to a nother city
and the MPLS lines wont be ready for another 2 weeks.
so i have to transfer the calls to NodeB over the public exchange until the IP linies are working.

Main office = NodeA - Ext 54xx
Remote office = NodeB - Ext 55xx

In NodeA i made dsc 55XX to RLI 28 that inserts 34 before 55xx and sends the call over the public exchange to NodeB

I can call the 55xx numbers direct from a phone in NodeA but i cant transfer a call to them from the same phone ??

Option 11 rls 25.40

Your saying "Transfer" - I just want to be sure you mean that and not "Call Forward"

Either way, the trunk group where the calls originate needs to connect to the Route 0. Could that other trunk group have disconnect controls worth looking at?

Could IDC be affecting it? Also, FLEN at 4 seems right, but it might be work trying the call without FLEN

that's a clean set up.. couple of questions..

call comes in on what route?, you answer, then transfer to what route ?..

if your transfering out on the same route.. that causes a targ block.. if the inbound and outbound are the same route targ match.. work around that i use in chg rdb targ x2 (in your case)...

unless i am using targ as part of my dial plan i install all routes targ x1..

Thanks Both

Both your replys leed me on the right track
i just found out that all incoming calls to the M1 network
came in on NodeE not mention before (was sure they came in on NodeA) and the problem was in RART and TARG.
I raised the art level on the outgoing route and changed the TARGs and JACKPOT :)

Bedst regards.
Thomas
