I have an option set to press 6 if you know your parties extension. When pressed, it then asks to enter the extension or press #6 to dial by name. If you press nothing, it then says "mailbox 111" and then gives the leave a message prompts. First question, is there a way to have it not ask about dialing by name (it is not set up with a name list), other then disabling that prompt, and second, is there a way for it to go to the message directly without it saying "mailbox 111" first?

Just to make sure I understand, create a custom menu, have option 6 go to that menu, have it setup to allow 3 digit entry, and have all keypad options (1 digit options) disabled except for maybe 7 to return to the previous menu. So instead of the canned lady, it would be my voice saying enter parties extension now or press 7 to return to the previous menu.
