Call Transfer problem

Hello

We have a customer site with an IP Office 403 running version 2.1(15).

Calls on the main number into the main huntgroup were working fine and could be transferred from extension to extension fine.

We recently put direct dial numbers on the various extensions 10 in all.

When an extension recieves a call on the direct dial number they can not transfer this call to any other extension and just recieve a busy tone.

I have checked the config and can't find anything obviously wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? Is this a known issue with this software release and would an upgrade help?

There are LOTS of known issues with 2.1.15

this version should NEVER be used for anything!
I would upgrade to a later version of 2.1 straight away before wasting time fault finding on 2.1(15)

If you still have the problem, then its worth looking further.
