Call Transfer ending in Conference Call

Strange 1 here:

IPO500 4.07
Call is picked up on Park key by a user. He transfers the call to another user by pressing the transfer key and typing in the extension number. When the 2nd extension answers the call they are all now in a conference call????

Anyone ever come across this 1?

Ha ha... it's ok. The customer has a phone called Conference and assumed he was on a conference call!!!

This has to be 1 of the best. Thick FXXXk
