I have installed MXe III controller (MiVoice Business 8) in my costumer's site. Also, MiVoice Business Console 8 bundle is activated. Operators should call some numbers and transfer them to users. Unfortunately, firstly destination should answer the call then operator can transfer him to one user (in the company). Operator is so busy and can not wait for destination answering. how can operator transfer the call before destination answer the call?!! Is it possible?
