Good day everyone,
I am stuck with this urgent Exceptional Chronological report for Jan 2006, I do have database file but it seems like corrupt. We do have CDR which captured information about the call but it did not give me terminating position of ACD phone.

We have CCMA 6 and OTM which is end of life as of Aug 2009.

I was wondering if its possible to trace the call by matching Callerid from CDR with T server..?

Please help me.

if you have call by call going back that far you could use that... isnt the call id on that the same as the CDR output?

 
Unfortunately we can not go back more than 100 days for reports in CCMA.. any other place I can trace it like T server or Stat ssrver.. etc.. ???
