Call trace unify x8

Hi all
anyone how to make a call trace or export trace in osboiz x8. I have a problem in isdn no incoming calls.after dial the pilot the number.is cannot be reach.can you you help how to trace isdn line.or export thank you.

Scenario
-Direct to Telco-siptrunk in and out is working
-Telco connected to converter sip to trunk e1
-sip to e1 converter to x8 - outbound call is working no incoming call
Thank you..
I need to find where is the problem if the converter or the osbiz.
 
Hi,

Via WBM,If you go to Expert Mode, Maintenance, Traces, Call Monitoring, you can specify a channel and press start to capture for incoming calls. Once you do a test, press stop, then you can view the data on the next tab or using the load via http tab you can download it.

This is also possible via Man E in the Maintenance option.

Thanks..btw about load via hhtp.theres so many tab in like stop/ start trace i already start call to isdn in log file what part do we need to check to load in isdn call trace tnx.ill do this while im on the site
