Call timer not coming and outgoing calls showing "External" instead number

Hi Guys,

The subjected issue with the IPOffice 8.1 500v2 system. There are two different PRI service providers
PRI 1: Clock: Network
PRI 2: Clock: Fall back

When we make calls through any of the PRI, the call shows "External" and call timer is not running.
When interchanging the call source PRI2:Network & PRI1:Fallback,the output is same as above.
where would be the problem?

The PRI/BRI trunk clock source controls the synchronisation of low-level event signalling needed to make, hold, transfer, etc calls. It has absolutely nothing to do with the call timer displayed on phones.

Does the call timer display on internal calls?





Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
The call timer is an option in each handset menu if I remember correctly, turn it on if it's available, as mentioned the Line clock source is irrelevant :)

The problem would be using a free forum instead of training, experience and a support contract.
