Hi there,
i seem to be missing something when trying to program a call supervisor key from an agent phone...i have added the ASP key and SPID but the key doesn't work. Can someone tell me what i am missing? thanks

DO YOU HAVE A AAG KEY ON THE SUPERVISORS PHONE

thanks...i do have the AAG on the SUP set and i can successfully call an agent from there, but not the other way around...any help would be appreciated. thanks.
