Call stuck in One-X

I have just installed an IP Office and the end users occasionally have a call that will get stuck in One-X Portal that I haven't figured out how to clear other than a reboot. Has anyone else seen this, or know of another way to clear that call from One-X. Logging out and back in doesn't change it.
 
What are the specs of the server and what OS?
What is the software version of 1XP?
What is the software version of the IPO?

I have seen this. The only way I have seen or found to fix is reboot 1X server...It has only occured 2 times in the past year but, unsure what caused it...
