Call Stats Similar to System Status

Hello all,

We're looking for some software that will basically capture the information from System Status. Here's what we need:

1. Extension
2. The Number the Extension Dialed
3. The Number that Dialed that Extension
4. Duration of Call
5. Date/Time of Call

When a manager asks for this information for ext. 222 for say, last week, or a month ago, we'd like to be able to have a report for it.

We checked out CallWhere, but it's overkill for what we need.

Any Ideas????

I think if you have CCR ( customer call report) you can run trace in the report section.
I think you put it on CLI and enter the extension number + period. You might get some information that way.

OR

Do it yourself through SQL database mining. That's what I'm currently trying to learn to do.

Pearlios, CCR is a piece of crap.
Xima can do this much quicker, easier and cheaper and last but not least much more stable!!!

haha ok. I'm fairly new to the whole thing. I will certainly will have a look at this. Not much support from the people that installed this, especially for data analysis.
Trying to mine the info through sql and have no luck lol.
