Hello,

I am looking to install an automatic routing on a PABX EMG80 knowing that I have 3 CO line and 5 services (1=100, 2=101, 3=102, 4=103, 4=104, 5=105)
Can you help me please

thank you

what do you actually want to do ?

do you mean a auto attendant ie , when some one rings in they have to dial a option ie 1 ,2,3,4,5

first off what lines are they . are they analogue lines or sip lines or isdn . ?

you would basically use the ccr table under table data . then point the line to vsf1 if you have programmed up ccr table 1 .

then you just record your greeting on that vsf greeting number from your attendant phone

what do you mean by automatic routing? if someone calls the 0XXXXXX100 then it goes to ext 100?

or do you mean the Auto Attendant? where you press 1 then routes to 100?

hello,

yes auto attendant
when someone calls he will hear a welcome message and the number to be typed to have such or such service

they are analogue lines

thank you

first off point your analogue lines at vsf announcement 1 in program 144

then in program 228 ccr table 1 . set where you want each digit to ring .

then simply record vsf greeting one from the attendant phone . by pressing trans 06 and recording on to greeting 1 .

hope this helps
