Hi,

Is there any functionality in MD110/MX-ONE which would allow us to route incoming calls based on the calling number (A-number)?

For example if the calling number (from PSTN) is 1234567, it should be connected to extension A, but if the calling number is 7654321, the call should be routed to extension B.

You need to add Solidus ECare to your MD110/MX-ONE.

Thanks doktor,

And on the SeC, I only need media channel licenses?

You need both Media channels and Application Link licenses to monitor the agents.

you also need script manager to pick up the incoming CLI and route it,

in fact you do not need media channels if you are not playing a message to the caller or receiving dtmf from them

No media channels would be interesting, since I was planning to do this with an external asterisk system, but that would require media connection with the MX-ONE; either with SIP extensions or a SIP trunk...

That is not media channels in oas, media channels are for playing messages, dtmf, asr, tts. Nothing to do with speech media streams on calls between handsets or other pabx.

Hi,
there are some other CSTA Applications. What about Netwise Snapware. It has the Presence Manager, we use it to make time and a-Number based Routing to Group Hunting Groups.

Think about it.
