Hi,

We have a Meridian Opt. 11C, and we need to create Numbers Code, to access to an especific Route to Outgoing Calls.

Only the users with Access Number Code can use the Outgoing Route with ACOD: 7 (We have implemented the ACOD 7, for a specific Provider).

For example: We create the Access Code 5555 for our VicePre. then he can call using the ACOD 7 like follow process: 5555 + 7 + 23500316 (where 5555 - Access Code, 7 is the Outgoing Access, and 23500316 is the number of B user.

Please let me know your comentaries, and sorry for my english.

Regards

If it is specific numbers you are dialing you can send the calls through BARS programming otherwise if you are using the route acod you will need to implement tgar restrictions.

Hi tnphoneman,

Thank you for the coments, we don't have BARS, we need to implement TGAR, but i am new in this PBX, in what LD can i found the TGAR options?

I'm sorry for my ignorance,

No problem. You should have a prompt of TGAR on the set programming and a TARG prompt in the route programming.

If the number match and the TGAR prompt in the ESN data block LD 86 is set to yes the set will be blocked from that route.

word of caution: If you turn on TGAR to yes in the ESN data block you need to do some research first. The defaults for the sets and the routes are to have a TGAR and TARG of one in both places. As soon as you turn it on in ESN no one can make a call.

Before doing this I would remove the TARG from the normal routes and change the sets that will be using the new route to a 2. Then turn it on in the ESN data block. This should be all you need.

Prompt to change in the RDB

TARG x1

type this in and it will remove the TARG of 1 from the normal route.
