Call Restriction

Can someone help me out with some call restriction. I just want a 7100 not able to access outside lines ( Line pool A access code 9. Then be able to do a Feature 68 with a password to be able to make calls.

create a filter that blocks the dialing (i think by default filter 2 is blocked for LD)
apply that to the extension

To set the restriction:Go to restriction filters, add restrict 9 to an unsused filter (over ride of 911 is not a bad idea) and apply that filter to the DN for the 7100 set.

Filter 1 is defaulted to Alow 911 and 800 type numbers.

Filter 2 is the system default with no restrictins.
