Call ReportNet report using ASP.NET

Hi,

We are investigating options of calling Cognos reportnet reports from ASP.Net.

has anyone tried this, will it be possible to pass some parameters to cognos report (which itself got some prompt pages).

Hello!
You can quite easily access Cognos applications via automation. I haven't tried it with reportnet but with impromptu.
The only thing you have to reconsider is that you have to use Visual Basic as programming language for the Cognos-Auotmation (as VB is weak-typed while C# is strong-typed).
