I'm currently working within CM 3.01, and using BCMSVu as our call reporting software - which needless to say is quite outdated. I have been tasked with finding an alternative to BCMSVu that offers more granular reporting, but the two options that our phone system vendor reccomends requires us to upgrade to CM4, I think because of the AES server requirement. Does anyone know of any other call reporting software that would be compatible with CM 3.01?
