Call Rejected please HELP!!! Avaya IP Office

Hi all,

i am currently trouble shooting a customer system. They have two locations when dialing from the one location to the other 3 of the 64 extensions are not working. when dialed you receive a tone and then a call rejected. The funny part is they are consecutive extensions 101 102 103. however they are on different modules. any suggestions?

Check your numbering plan and shortcodes, can you call extension 104?

I can reach extension 104, numbering plan and short codes are good.

When tracing the call you can see the phone call start to take place and then drop. I have scheduled for a reboot after hours hopefully this works.

Do phones have a ?D shortcode that is forcing them to maybe get a trunk when first go off-hook?
