Hi everyone,
System is Avaya IP Office 9.0.500.972.
I'm trying to find out how to alter the From Caller ID Name when a call is re-routed from one SIP trunk through another.
To be specific this is the scenario I'm trying to make it work properly:
1. Call is coming through Line 40 (SIP trunk to the provider)
2. Call is accepted and routed with Incoming Call Route which has configured destination extension (7600) that is part of a short code.
3. This short code is configured with:
4. SIP trunk that is destination for this short code (trunk to another PBX) is configured as follows:
5. The reroute work fine, but only problem that I have at the moment is that the call is sent through the Line 17 (other PBX trunk) it is sent with CID name "Anonymous".

How can I remove this CID name or at least change it to the real number?
I've read this thread, but as I can see the options pointed out in the SIP trunk are available in version 11.0, but nowhere to be found in 9.0.
