I am assuming you are talking about IP phone calls, and not calls being made through an analog gateway via fxo interface. IPCC Express has basic call recording features, but for more industrial strength options you will want to look at third parties like Witness (
You can't go wrong with Witness. They are well recognized in the call center space as a go to product for call recording. They have had strong PBX products, and bought Eyretel for their IP product, which is also very strong. Look at all three for your individual needs, but if I personally had to choose one, it would be Witness.
