I have a large call center and record inbound calls.I use ContactStore and love it but last week after a switch reboot it started going a little bad. What is happening is only certain Huntgroups are still recording. There is no pattern to which ones work and dont. I have been working with a real high end tech and we have not been able to pin down what is causing it. I upgraded the to 4.1.15 and it still is happening. We even pointed it to record to a mailbox and it still does not work. This makes us think it is not ContactStore. It really looks like it is the VMPro database like it is corrupt or something. I wanted to send this out to the group to see if anyone had heard of this???
