Is there a way to have VMPro save recorded calls to a specific file location not on the VM server or contact store? One of my clients already has a call recorder server that saves all calls from their analog 911 system. Can I setup VMPro to save pbx calls to that server as well?

No, it will put it in the VRL folder.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

A Linux based Voicemail Pro can be configure to FTP the files from the VRL folder to a FTP server on another PC.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

You don't need Linux for that. There are a lot of ways to do it with Windows including native FTP or any number of FTP apps or file synchronization software which has built in schedulers.

Ture, but its a native function of the Linux Voicemail Pro rather than requiring additional applications on both the server and whichever client will receive the files.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
