Hey Guys,

I've been searching now for quite some time for a go to solution for our smaller clients looking to achieve call reporting and recording.

So far my search hasn't bared much fruit in way of cost effectiveness... I'm looking for something I can deploy for between 2-3K and what I'm finding is around 5K for recording either 4 analog trunks or 8 digital extensions.

Any of you sales/techies out there know of a half decent cost effective solution?????

Thanks in advance.

Voicemail pro and Xima is easy and cheapish, but when doing something that is relatively expensive.....it's always going to be relatively expensive, call recording is never cheap :)

I have done installs for police depts that need all calls recorded, in vmail pro set the housekeeping to delete these messages after so many days or you will smoke the hard drive on the voicemail pro server

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
