Call Record/Listen

Hello

Is there anyway that you can do a call listen on an extention and then record the call?

I try do this via phone manager pro, but the record button is grey out. (2.1 (27)) VMPro on the latest.
We want to listen to the call, then record, but still listen to the call.

Nope....the two features do not interact with each other
