Intuity LX 1.1.. What is needed to do call recording? And what is involved?

You just need to configure a voicemail account at Intuity LX then create a button named AUDIX-REC an at the EXT field enter the hunt group extension of AUDIX, the recording will be sent to your voicemail.

Does anyone know what format these recordings are in? We have an application that will link these recordings to a customers profile, but they need to be able to be played in Windows Media Player.

I believe they are proprietary format. Can't remember what it is. You can use message manager or Avaya voice player ftp://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9/tsoweb/avp/setup_lvp32.exe to convert the file. Doesn't sound like this will help your issue since it sounds like converting each file individually is not an option. Sorry.

You can save these files as .wav if you use message manager. Right click the message and save voice. Just change the format from lvp to .wav. You're all set and can play this thorugh any standard media player.
