Call record button announcing that the call is being recorded after update?

I think since the latest update when you hit the call record button it now announces to all parties on the phone that the call is being recorded. We live in a one party state and this is not needed or wanted. Is there a way to shut that back off?

In the VMPro client, did the Play Advise on Call Recording get enabled after the upgrade?
Administration>System Preferences>General
If so, uncheck it.
