Customer downloaded call records 6/2/3 at 11am. The report showed calls for 6/2/3 at 5pm thru 11pm. After looking at the dialed number information, users identified the calls on this report at 6/2/3 at 5pm thru 11pm were actually from 5/29/3 at 5pm thru 9pm. I check the PBX SMDR data stream and the date and time are correct in real time.
