can i give certain extensions the priority to be answered by the opertor before the que?
can i call indivisual opertor number not by the common code?

Note: To give priority to a certain type of call, answer by clicking
the ICI key rather than an idle loop key. You are connected to the
call regardless of its place in the queue.

Each console is assigned a number (e.g. 001, 002, 003...) which gives the ability to dial individual consoles

Only other Attendants can dial 001, 002, 003, etc. You need to define the IADN for a user to dial a specific Attendant.

There is no good way to get a call out of the queue before other calls. Best to use a side phone since those calls are not queued.

You are correct sir! Forgot that.
The ICI keys will give them the ability to answer "dial 0" calls but will not prioritize them. I'll need to look it up, but would HPR versus LPR prioritize them? It will in congestion issues, but...

HPR and LPR are "timeslot priority" and pretty much do not apply to today's versions. If you had all timeslots busy on a network loop and users were queuing for dial tone - the HPR user would get it before the LPR users.
