Hi All
Up until about 10am this morning, whenever our ACD agents would receive a call it would make an audibal buzz on their handset (3905) to alert them to the call.
However, at 10 this morning my switch got the hic-ups and had to be rebooted. Ever since then it would appear that the call presentation Buzz has turned to a ring. Of course the two could be completely unrelated but thought I had better drop that in just in case!
Is anyone able to tell me how I can turn this back?
