the call-pkup button is not lighting up when a call is sent to the call-pkup group...If you click on the button it picks-up the call, but you do not have any visual indication of the call...Does anyone know why this is happening.

Try setting "Call Pickup Alerting" to yes in System Parameters Features. (If this available on a rls 6). Not 100% sure this is the feature, since in these days of voicemail, call pickup seems to be a dying feature, but I think it is.

That is correct, in order for the call pick up light to work, you must set the "call pick up Alerting" to yes in the system parameters features. This feature is available on release 6.
