Hi i just setup a BCM 3.7 with callpiolit and i have ip and CP licences on it i have I2004 sets setup on it..how do i get the call piolit to use prompts like the older nortel systems insted of the onscreen stuff? my users are confused. how do i get it when you push the Vm button or dial VM dn it will say "call piolit by nortel networks? right now when you push it it does it all on screen any help or how to would be great thanks.

Did you configure it for NVM User Interface or CallPilot User Interface?
Check the Class of Service assigned to the mailbox to determine the current UI, then change it and see if it does what you need.
