I have a Call Pilot 100 for a customer. I set up the greeting and then the custom call routing tree with press 1 for a certain destination and then press 2 for a menu etc. The customer asked if a caller chooses a menu where it says press 1 for a certain person 2 for someone else and so on but the caller does not hear where they think they want to be routed to and they fail to make a choice, is there a way to make the prompt go back to the very beginning so they can choose a different department on the tree and not have the call pilot automatically exit the system all together? The only way I can make it do that is if I choose info instead of menu and that really makes a mess of everything. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!
