Opt. 11 International calls (newbie ?)

I am familiar with programming the Definity and recently came into a position where I need to learn Nortel on the fly.
I am looking for information on limiting users on calling internationally.
So far I am being told:
req: chg
type: phone type
tn: port
echg: yes
item: ncos

and to change the "ncos"

On the Definity I can change the COR and can display the COR to see the dialing restrictions. How can I find on the Nortel what each one is?
