How do I reset the voicemail back to default?
To default the BCM voicemail you need to do the following.
You will need a T7316 handset or equivilant
Press Feature 982
The system will then prompt for password
Enter operator (67372867)
The screen will display
Press 1
The screen will then say password
Enter reinstall (734678255)
Press OK
The screen will then display reset database yes no
Press yes
You have successfully reset the Voice Mail
To reset System Administrator Password
Feature 985
Press 9
Enter resetsmpswd (73738767793
Press yes
The system password will be reset to 0000
