Howdy!

Im new at the PBX and call pilot. I have a problem not many can answer. We use the Outlook to send and receive faxs from our call pilot server and when someone sends several pages it stops and gives a error of:

The Message Length exceeds the administrative limit for the mailers mailbox.

I dont see a option to limit it, all our mailboxes have a 15min max limit though.

Any help would be great.

Create a new profile - FaxUser set it for more time.

give the fax users that profile.

Ditto. You should also be able to look at the limit as pages versus minutes in the mailbox class.

Log into CallPilot Manager, and open the Mailbox Class for your desktop fax users.

In the Resource Usage Controls sections you may need to adjust the 'Mailbox Storage Limit (For All Media)' field.

If a user has saved messages, and a multi page fax causes the user to exceed their mailbox storage limit, the CallPilot will not send the fax (as you have found out).

Take a look at the class of service for the mailbox sending the fax... it looks like their composed message length or fax length may be too short?
