I am trying to set up individual did's for each department so that we can use outlook to organize all incomming faxes and make them available to individual departments.

Currently I can send a fax either out of any windows application or via the Call Pilot Application that resides in outlook. This only happens when I send to an internal extension number (example: 21@domainname).

This is all gravy, but I also need to be able to send to an external fax number/machine by just entering the number so users can compose documents and fax them from their desktop instead of using a phyisical machine. I don't know why this isn't working.

The error I get is: The attached fax message could not be printed to:

Phone Number: xxxxxxxx or 9,xxxxxxxxxx

If anyone could help I would appreciate it greatly. I imagine that there is a setting somewhere that allows me to do this. Thanks to all for your time.

Sincerely,
bwmyers

Is the Voicemail box set up for outdialing (Route?)

Can you receive faxes to email also?
