Call Pilot 100 with 40 seats of unified messaging.
installed with Microsoft Outlook, when accessing Outlook after entering mailbox number and password the following error comes up in the display.
"Invalid credentials. Please check your VPIM prefix, mailbox and password."
I've verified the Call Pilot is okay by connecting locally with my laptop and the Outlook integration works fine there.
Anyone have any thoughts on why the customers network is rejecting the Call Pilot?
It's doing this at everyones workstation, any experience or suggestions,please.
