I recently had Call Pilot version 05.00.41.82 installed. We also have a new site that we added recently. I cannot get the thru dial to work for their extensions.

We use 5 digit dialing.
We use the following CDP
2xxxx
3xxxx
5xxxx
6xxxx

I just added 7xxxx (new site)

I setup all the CDPs at the other sites to be able to reach the new 7xxxx extensions. That works fine.

But the Thru Dial on Call Pilot won't touch it.

I added a Thru Dial on my menu tree for "7". It looks identical to the Thru Dials for "5" and "6".

I must be missing something on the switch somewhere.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jack

Did you add 7xxx to your RPL's in Call Pilot?

I found the area to change the RPL. I had to first determine which one the application I was referring to was using. But after I got through that, I noticed that "7" was in the "restrict" drop list. I removed it, and I remembered why I thought this forum was so awesome.

Now, I have a new problem now with Call Pilot. See my next post if you are feeling up to helping me again!

Thanks!
